Job description – Shipping and Receiving

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Coordinate shipments of products with Production and Scheduling staff

· Support facilities projects on a regular basis

· Responsible for maintaining stock item levels

· Oversees the printing, picking, packing, releasing and assembly of customer orders

· Participates in the resolution of any orders that have inventory issues

· Verifies materials against receiving documents noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages as well as receiving and dispatching inbound materials in ERP

· Coordinates pick up or delivery of orders

· Assists in the segregation of hazardous material

· Plays a lead role in the development of the shipping/receiving team

· Accurate Order Fulfillment and Shipping

· Execute Cycle Counts as directed

· Maintain clean, well-organized, and effective workspace

· Execute international shipping process

· Plays an active role in promoting and enforcing safety measures and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

· Beginner to intermediate computer software skills to include experience with Email, MS Office, Adobe, etc.

· High School Diploma

· Experience working in manufacturing plus, but neither are mandatory

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to lift maximum 50 lbs.

Schedule:

· 6:00 AM – 2:30PM Monday to Friday

· Weekend availability
